The project seeks to transfer knowledge to forest owners about sustainable forest management and silvicultural best practices that can lead to higher productivity and resilience of the Portuguese forests. The emphasis is on establishing a network of demonstration and pilot sites and promoting demonstration events at a national scale, covering the main forest species and ecosystems.
