The project will establish a network of permanent plots owned by several entities for monitoring a broad set of variables and systems, associated with different forest species and forest management conditions and treatments. This knowledge will inform needed changes in silvicultural techniques and responses in different forest species/provenances to mitigate the impacts of climate change. The network will include existing plots and will be complemented by new plots to be installed for additional information.
