Leader: Altri Florestal & CoLAB ForestWISE

Project
Coordination

The general Agenda coordination will be ensured by Altri Florestal and CoLAB ForestWISE, including a professional team dedicated to:

  • Facilitate and support the communication with all the promoters of collaborative projects
  • Monitor the activities progress and the achievement of KPI
  • Ensure ongoing interaction and technical-administrative and financial reporting with the funding entity
  • Conduct periodic analysis of project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Dissemination and exploitation of project results

Transversal communication activities and support to the Agenda results’ exploitation will be coordinated by RAIZ and CoLAB ForestWISE. These activities will be specifically dedicated to the:

  • promotion, communication, and disclosure of the results of the transForm Agenda
  • support to the valorization and exploration of technologies, products and services resulting from different projects
