GeoFOR project represented at the 10th National Conference on Cartography and Geodesy

The GeoFOR: Geographic Databases and Applications for Forest Management project, coordinated by 2BForest and CoLAB ForestWISE, was represented on November 2nd and 3rd at the X National Conference on Cartography and Geodesy, held at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.

Isabel Pôças, senior researcher at CoLAB ForestWISE, represented the project underway as part of the transForm Agenda at the conference dedicated to geospatial information for the sustainable development goals.

The GeoFOR project aims to improve the production and availability of basic geospatial data to support sustainable forest management.
